minutes will be uploaded soon We have two new
board members. We addressed many issues and will
be following through.If you haven't paid your dues yet,
please drop off at Kandi's. So far we have a paid up
membership of 66%.

of our households pay their dues? Our expenses have
increased and we need your help. Ask your neighbor
if he or she has joined and tell them we need their.

ROSLYN ROAD TURNING LANE
Do you remember when work on the turning lane
was finished in 2005? The entrance light was installed
(which lends a sense of security). Our plantings
and signs are still attractive BUT they need to be
maintained, expenses that your dues cover.

THE SEWER TAX ISSUE ! WE WON!
Do you remember that The East Hills Sewer Tax
Abatement Legislation bill was signed by then
Governor Pataki? For the benifit of our new residents
and anyone who would like to review the issue.....

Direstory? It was a long time ago. A new paid up
Directory is available. Email Kandi that you are in-
terested and she will email it to you in form of an
attachment. You must be a paid up member to

The East Park News (our newspaper) is in the works.
